During the 15-minute call, we’ll talk about what you are looking for, your goals, what led you to seek nutrition support, and any questions you may have.
During your 60-minute initial nutrition session, we’ll take the time to truly get to know you. We’ll talk about your health history, daily diet choices, stress levels, sleep habits, physical activity choices, family life and culture, to understand you better as an individual. Together, we’ll set realistic goals and create a personalized nutrition plan that fits your life, to help you stay supported, motivated, and moving toward your health goals.

During follow-up sessions, we’ll review your progress, celebrate your wins, and work through any challenges that come up along the way. These sessions are designed to keep you supported and motivated as you continue building healthy habits. We’ll make any necessary adjustments to your nutrition plan, explore new strategies, and focus on helping you stay consistent. Each visit is a chance to check in, stay encouraged, and keep moving forward toward your long-term health goals.

During these interactive presentations, I share how traditional cuisines and cultural food practices can support health and wellness. As a dietitian, I educate groups on the nutritional benefits of cultural foods with current research, provide practical tips for making traditional meals healthier without losing flavor, and discuss the importance of preserving food heritage. Each session includes engaging visuals, hands-on demonstrations or tastings (when applicable), and open discussions that encourage participants to share their own food experiences and traditions. Perfect for schools, workplaces, community groups, and wellness events.

In Home Nutrition Services and Cooking Lessons

Our in-home nutrition services and cooking lessons bring personalized support right to your kitchen. Together, we’ll explore practical ways to make healthy eating fit your daily routine, using the foods, flavors, and traditions you love. You’ll learn how to plan balanced meals, grocery shop with confidence, and cook nutritious dishes that are both tasty and satisfying while supporting your health goals. These hands-on sessions are designed to help you build lasting skills, feel more confident in the kitchen, and enjoy a healthier lifestyle rooted in your culture and preferences.

Supplement/Herbal Guide

I offer the option to purchase supplements through a company called Fullscript, if you are interested in closing nutritional gaps and support your specific health needs. I will review your current diet, lifestyle, and goals to determine whether supplements may be beneficial to you. You’ll receive clear guidance to complement your nutrition plan. 

I also provide education on safe edible herbs for cooking, making teas, infusions and in the form of tinctures to maximize health and wellness.
